This is the third edition of this stylish rose; it is dry and made of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
A contemplative stye, copper-pink with rose gold glints, it is a focused wine. Notes of kumquats and cranberry, red currents, fine spices lead to a pristine palate. A clean, thoughtful wine, bone-dry and with good structure.

Enchanting, fragrant, pristine.
This noteworthy Gew was first released for the 25th vintage of the Orchard Block, which was planted in 1989.
It's, as expected, fragrant--Turkish delight, pink grapefruit, exotic sweet spices, rose oil, lychee and creamy peach aromas lead to a pristine palate. Expressive fruit flavours coat the mouth, it's off dry and snappy, not flabby. The finish is long and quite enchanting.

This wine was first released for the 25th vintage of the Orchard Block, which was planted in 1989.
Exotic and spicy, aromatic and energetic with notes of tropical fruits, lychees honey and pralines, it rolls into a slick and intense palate. Mixed tropical fruits, grapefruit peel and loads of exotic spice dominate the palate. Lengthy and memorable.

Distinct, muscular, youthful.
Only fourteen barrels of this Anniversary SeriesPinot Noir were made; it's named for Richard Stewart, who purchased the family vineyard in 1956.
It leads with muscular aromas; black cherry, dark cocoa, toasted spice and earth alongside plummy tones. It has impressive power in the mouth as well; fuller bodied than other Quails' Gate Pinots it is smoky and masculine with firm tannins, plenty of spice and still tightly wound. Buy three and open them slowly over the next decade.

Distinct, muscular, youthful.
This distinct Pinot is named for Richard Stewart, who purchased the family vineyard in 1956.
It is earthy, plummy, has red forest berries, wild herbs, leather, spice and cedar chips on the nose. It is more muscular in the mouth than the other QG Pinots; tannins are present (give this time to age or decant), the fruit is restrained and it has a distinct earthiness.
Still tightly wound. Buy three and open them slowly over the next decade.
