Fresh, charming, pretty.
Quails' Gate first planted Chasselas in 1961. The Swiss variety is known for it's pairing capabilities with cheese fondue. While it's long been a blend, it remains one of their summer aromatic favourites. A fruit cup of melon, pear, peach and honey it also boasts orange blossoms. tangy lime and pink grapefruit aromas.
Always charming, the palate is juicy with on-point acidity and floral flavours woven with orchard fruits and citrus. A pretty and lively white that is entirely quaffable.
Pair: Asian cuisine, sushi, seafood salads and cheese fondue.

Mouthwatering, charming, honeyed.
Honeyed notes tare woven with orange blossom, pears, peaches and pink grapefruit. The precise palate echoes that with crisp fruit and a mouthwatering finish. It's become drier over the past few vintages, a welcome move, but the wine remains a charming quaffer.

Mouthwatering, zesty, honeyed.
Musky honeyed notes take lead and are followed by wildflowers, fresh mountain herbs, green apples, pears and guava with lemongrass undertones. Quails' Gate Chenin Blanc, Okanagan Valley
Readers rated this wine:
Pristine, pretty, slick.
A fan favourite, and certainly one of mine, Quails' Gate's Chenin is a go-to for BC wine lovers. The 2021 is lashed with pristine aromas of lime and wild flowers, yellow apples, peach flesh, wet stone and a splash of ginger. The palate is just as juicy and pristine as the nose. Mouthwatering and snappy with loads of pretty fruit and tangy lime flavours. Dry and persistent it's a wine that demands more!
