Quails' Gate Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:

Golden, toasted, creamy.
This estate grown Chardonnay went through 100% malolactic fermentation and this vintage the nose offers notes of yellow apples, mountain stream, tangy lemon and caramel pralines. A creamy texture glides across the palate and bring with it yellow fruits, toasted spice, sweet vanilla and pithy lemon flavours, which trail across the finish. This vintage seems to pack more heat, but is labeled as 12.5%
Pair with grilled corn on the cob, rich creamy pastas or smoked gouda and pear grilled cheese sandwich.
