Organic, fresh, tangy.
Made from Pinot Noir clone 777, this organic rose has a light ruby hue and aromas of strawberries and pipe tobacco, ornage peel, honeydew melon, dried flowers, honey and fresh mountain stream. It's dry with notable structure and freshness. Tart red berries and citrus flavours dominate the palate and it has a supple finish.

Glorious, creamy, harmonious.
A glorious traditional method bubbly, the Sperling 2011 Brut doles out creamy yellow fruit, toasted pastries and marmalade with mineral undertones. It is frothy and complex with a fine bead and bracing acidity. A stylish and harmonious sparkling.
Pair: creamy cheeses, shellfish, creamy pastas or Tuesdays.

Savoury, spicy, organic.
From organic and biodynamic old (planted in the 60s) estate vines, this Foch has notes of spicy cherries, vanilla, dried violets, cedar chips and balsamic. The palate is smooth and shows its bit of age; molasses and bruised berries, figs, dried cherries and cocoa flavours dominate.

This OVF went through full malolactic fermentation and was aged for 10 months in newer and neutral oak barrels

Outstanding, concentrated, racy.
The Sperling Vineyards old vines Riesling date back to 1978, making them among the first plantings of Riesling in Canada.
A simply outstanding Riesling, a BC benchmark, which is made from vines nearing 40 years of age. It has a golden hue and notes of warm honey and petrol, candle wax, wildflowers and pomelo. The palate is slick and concentrated with amazing depth, length and purity. Flavours are potent; lime soda and beeswax.
