Mission Hill Family Estate 'Terroir Collection' DeHart Vineyard Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley, BC
Readers rated this wine:
Juicy, profound, earthy.
From the DeHart Vineyard in East Kelowna, this single vineyard Pinot offers smoked cherries and red plums, fine spices, cedar, cocoa, leather and dried violets on the nose. The entry is juicy then rolls into toasted spice, bittersweet cocoa, beet greens and charred meat muddled with wild berries. Silky and fresh with a profound earthy kind of intensity, this is a Pinot that can benefit from decanting now, or some time in the cellar ©copyright 2020 Daenna Van Mulligen

Mission Hill Family Estate Reserve Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Lively, symmetry, creamy.
Honey and pears, glazed apple hazelnut turnovers and melon, vanilla, baking spice and lemon tea aromas lead to a balanced palate, that is both creamy and lively. Nicely woven and lengthy--a wine with symmetry with no over chewy oak or cloying taffy character!
Pair: Sweet cornbread, smoked gouda grilled cheese, creamy sauced pastas or roast chicken.
