Supple savoury, fresh.
The entire Escorihuela 1884 series offers consistency and value.
Harvested from estate grown fruit from Agrelo, the 2021 vintage delves into aromas of plums and roasted red bell peppers, grilled herbs, black chocolate and black olives, brown spices and a hint of violet. It's a wine with a supple entry and some textural chew mid-palate and it leans earthier on the palate. Chocolate, dark roast espresso and spice flavours dominate. Fresh and classic with notable persistence.
