Honey, fresh, balanced.
Located in Lake Country, near Kelowna, 50th Parallel is a winery with a focus on Alsatian white varieties and Pinot Noir.
A nose of stewed apples and creamed pears, honey and white blossoms rolls into a palate of yellow fruits. It is fresh, subtle but nicely balanced. A nice option for chicken salad, mushroom ravioli and white meats.

This 61-acre Lake Country estate focuses on Pinot Noir and fresh whites.
Cherries, leather, tobacco and beet greens, forest floor, vanilla and spice aromas lead to a fresh and earthy palate with dry tannins and a savoury finish. Classic styling.
Pair: mushroom wellington, grilled salmon, grilled beet and goat cheese salads.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.

This vintage is showing some age in it's colour and its notes of dried cherries, prune, molasses, soy sauce and balsamic. Fresh and earthy with flavours to mimic the nose, it is savoury herbal and spiced with good freshness and tealeaf flavours training on the finish.
Pair: mushroom wellington, grilled salmon, grilled beet and goat cheese salads.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.

Smooth, classic, savoury.
This 61-acre Lake Country estate focuses on Pinot Noir and fresh whites.
Notes of wild berries and cherry mingle with tealeaf and forest floor, violets and star anise with sweet spices and herbal undertones. It is earthy and spicy with bittersweet cocoa, spice and bacon fat, which roll into a cedary finish. A balanced and savoury wine with a bittersweet finish.
Pair: mushroom wellington, grilled salmon, grilled beet and goat cheese salads.

Texture, racy, tangy.
50th Parallel is a 61-acre estate located in Lake Country, just beyond Kelowna with a focus on Pinot Noir and Alsatian varieties.
Honey and warm peach aromas are layered with chamomile tea with honey, and lime and bergamot. It has some phenolic texture to add interest and tangy flavours of citrus. A powerful and dry Riesling.
Pair: agadashi tofu, spicy noodle dishes, stir-fry, white meats.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
