The family heirloom known as Covert Farms, is a 650-acre multi-functional estate that was established in 1959
Bucking the trend of pale and silvery pinks, Covert Farms delivers their version, which is ruby red tinged with rust. A organic blend of estate grown Merlot, Cab Franc and Syrah, it suggests aromas strawberry jam, Maraschino cherry, tangerine, white pepper and cedar. Juicy and full-bodied, with notable concentration it clings to the palate with red fruit and trails spice and cedar flavours.

Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Bordeaux-style organic white blend (72% Sem, 20% Sauv Blanc, 8% Viognier) is a wine I look forward to. Expect wild honey and lemon balm, quince, candlewax, nettle and wildflower aromas. It's ripe and redolent with flavours of apple juice, melon, starfruit and wax. It's a concentrated white with a slick texture and long zesty/pithy finish.

This Bordeaux-style organic white blend of Semillon and Sauv Blanc is yellow-green in colour and offers aromas of honeysuckle and peach nectar, lemon wax and quince along with Jonagold apples. It's an off-dry wine, slick and supple with good intensity. It also has notable bearing with the weight of Semillon and the snappy character of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Covert Farms is a regeneratively farmed 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Bordeaux-style organic white blend of Semillon and Sauv Blanc has a lovely fragrant nose of bright grapefruit and peach, honey, green apples, nettle, lemon wax and a hint of nougat. It is racy and crisp with crunchy fruit flavours to mimic the nose. Juicy with nice precision and a mouthwatering finish.
