Another delicious vintage of Laughing Stock's Viognier.
It's more restrained on the nose this year but it still teases with star anise, jasmine, exotic citrus, apricot and spiced honey. The weight is seductive, it is potent and tastes of ginger biscuits, stone fruits, lemon zest, white pepper and brown spices.
Pair with exotic Moroccan or Indian dishes, white meats and oily seafood and shellfish.
