The 2018 Character White is an aromatic blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris, and is an approachable quaff scented with honeysuckle and stone fruits, lemon verbena and dried apricots. A tangy entry leads to crunchy fruits and bergamot flavours. Off-dry with a cleansing finish, perfect for patio-sipping or holiday feasts.
Pair: calamari, fresh oysters, seared scallops and roasted chicken, turkey, glazed ham, sweet potato fries.

Honeyed, quaffer, approachable.
The 2019 Character White is an aromatic composition of 1/3 Gewurztraminer and 2/3 Pinot Gris from Hester Creek's estate vineyards and select growers.
Always an approachable quaff, this year it offers orange blossom and peach, yellow pears and sweet citrus aromas, exotic spice and rose water. The palate shows generous fruit and zippy citrus. Fresh, easy and off-dry it's a wine to pair with calamari, fresh oysters, seared scallops and roasted chicken, turkey, coconut curries, glazed ham or sweet potato fries.

Honeyed, quaffer, approachable.
The 2019 Character White is an aromatic composition of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris.
It's always an approachable quaff, and this year is scented with a basket of orchard fruits, honey and fuzzy peach with a hint of green peppercorns. Honey, melon and pineapple chunks appear on the palate and are sprinkled with exotic spices thanks to the Gew.
Off-dry and fleshy.
Pair: calamari, fresh oysters, seared scallops and roasted chicken, turkey, glazed ham, sweet potato fries.

Ample, fresh, savoury.
The Judge is an impressive blend of estate Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec and PetitVerdot housed in an weighty bottle. Savoury and spicy with black fruits, brown spices, black licorice, leather and sage it has an intense palate weighty and ample but balanced with bright acidity. Showing well now, with some maturity.

Powerful, opulent, savoury.
The Judge is an impressive blend of estate Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec and Petit Verdot. It's always an opulent wine and the 2017 is no different; cola spices and plush purple berries, cedar dust, violets and cherry pipe tobacco aromas lead to a supple but muscular palate. Toasted oak, mocha licorice and black fruit flavours lead to a spicy finish.
Powerful.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
