Crisp, pristine, juicy.
Made from Pinot Gris grown in the Whispered Secret Vineyard on the cooler south side of the Similkameen Valley, this outstanding white was slow fermented (one month) in a mix of stainless steel tanks and barrels, and French oak puncheons. It was then matured for three months on fine lees.
Creamed sweet Bartlett pear aromas are woven with apricot nectar, pomelo, wild grass and hints of wet stone. The palate is pristine and precise with bountiful juicy orchard fruits and citrus flavours underscored by smoked white pepper notes.
One of the best Pinot Gris' coming out of BC.

New, complex, mouth-filling.
A new wine for Clos du Soleil, this Pinot Gris is golden in colour with aromas of smoked almonds and honey, golden fruit and clove. It is creamy yet lovely with good complexity and obvious oak contact. mouth-filling and balanced, it's a good addition to the portfolio.

Crisp, crunchy tangy.
Crunchy nectarines, pears, yellow apples and citrus notes are layered with spring blossoms. The palate mimics the nose; mineral, tangy citrus and crisp orchard fruits are woven on a clean but slightly creamy palate. A fresh version of this variety, with good concentration.

Sweet Bartlett pear aromas are layered with honey, melon, peach, fresh mountain stream and wildflowers. The palate is fresh, lively and slick with notable purity. Juicy and stylish, and of the best Pinot Gris' coming out of BC.

Piquant, zesty, feisty.
This 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon is a classic Bordeaux blend, but with the California name (fume blanc) given to a lightly oaked version of Sauvignon Blanc, a term coined by Robert Mondavi.
It has a smoky, sweet quality to the nose; peat and peaches, vanilla and cedar, grass clippings and wild herbs are lifted with citrus notes. Snappy and crunchy tree fruits, green apples and lime flavours dominate the palate. It is dry and zesty with lovely weight and concentration. It is both focused and feisty.
Pair: oysters and other seafood, white meats, appetizers or cheese platters.
