Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This organic Pinot Blanc is very Sauvignon Blanc-esque with notes of tangy lime and green apples, crunchy white tree fruits, nettle and hops, with hints of peach blossoms. The palate has a kiss of sweetness and verdant flavours to mimic the nose. Tangy gooseberry, lime and wild herbs trail across the finish.
A wine for spring salads, fish or goat cheese and herb omelets.

Ruby, juicy, slick.
The family heirloom known as Covert Farms, is a 650-acre multi-functional estate that was established in 1959 at McIntyre Bluff.
Ignoring the trend of pale and silvery pinks, Covert Farms delivers their version, which is bright ruby red. Made predominantly from Merlot, it also has 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah in the blend. Organic certified it was soaked on skins for 9 hours and aged on lees in stainless for 4 months. Fresh notes of cranberry juice, raspberries and concord grapes are layered with honey, orange blossoms and cedar chips. It's off-dry, juicy and has a boozy edge, the texture is slick with good intensity. Flavours of charred rhubarb and cherry pit dominate the palate.

Tangy, fruity, balanced.
The family heirloom known as Covert Farms, is a 650-acre multi-functional regeneratively-farmed estate that was established in 1959 at McIntyre Bluff.
Covert Farms' 2022 rose is a slamon/ruby shade made from organically certified Merlot, Cab Franc and Cab Sauv. Expect cranberry and sage, pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla and notes of fresh wildflowers. That dulcet fruity nose is echoed on the palate; it has a fleshiness and a spiced and tangy finish.

Bucking the trend of pale and silvery pinks, Covert Farms delivers their version, which is ruby red tinged with rust. A organic blend of estate grown Merlot, Cab Franc and Syrah, it suggests aromas strawberry jam, Maraschino cherry, tangerine, white pepper and cedar. Juicy and full-bodied, with notable concentration it clings to the palate with red fruit and trails spice and cedar flavours.

Zesty, slick, concentrated.
Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Bordeaux-style organic white blend (72% Sem, 20% Sauv Blanc, 8% Viognier) is a wine I look forward to. Expect wild honey and lemon balm, quince, candlewax, nettle and wildflower aromas. It's ripe and redolent with flavours of apple juice, melon, starfruit and wax. It's a concentrated white with a slick texture and long zesty/pithy finish.
