Espresso, earth, brooding.
A fun label depicting the colourful La Boca neighborhood in Buenos Aires this wine combines Bonarda and Syrah with the dominant Malbec.
On the nose, chocolate, roasted espresso beans, dried herbs, spice and earth dominate the black fruit. The palate is spicy with flavours of leather and mocha, herbs, fleur de sel and a bitter cocoa finish. Brooding and earthy - best paired with weighty proteins.

Supple, expressive, approachable.
Each vintage, the blend for this wine changes, this vintage it is a kitchen sink of Syrah, Merlot, Malbec, Grenache, Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Cinsault, Barbera and Mourvedre.
Fragrant purple berries, mint, cassis, patchouli and baking spice aromas lead to a supple palate with expressive fruit, intensity and approach-ability. Mocha and licorice flavours linger on the finish.

Value, tangy, crunchy.
This organic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc offers salted jalapeno, honey, elderflower, peaches, grass clippings and nettle aromas. The palate mimics the nose, it is juicy, crisp and verdant. Cassic Sauvignon Blanc that offers great value.
Pair: starter salads or asparagus and goat's cheese quiche.

Value, tangy, crunchy.
An organic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of nettle, lemon/lime, gooseberry, still crunchy nectarines, grass clippings and mineral at the core. A kiss of sweetness pops the fruit on the palate; flavours of stone fruits, tangy citrus and herbs mimic the nose. Great value.
Pair: starter salads or asparagus and goat's cheese quiche.

Value, approachable, savoury.

Cono Sur's bicycle series of wines are organically grown, and Cono Sur as a company, has a very strong focus on sustainability.
The Cabernet~Carmenere is a solid go-to weekday dinner red; think grilled meats or hearty, tomato and bean based stews.
Botanical notes mingle with tomato leaf, vanilla, currents, plums, grilled red bells peppers and bittersweet cocoa. Supple with good balance and substantial weight it is a drinkable value red.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
