Organic, fresh, earthy.
An organic red blend and sibling to the Crudo white blend of Catarrato~Zibibbo this Nero d'Avola~Cabernet is earthy. Expect notes of leather and small wild berries, black chocolate and espresso, bacon fat and salted licorice. It has a fresh entry and is spicy, salty and as tobacco flavours on the tongue. The tannins are sooty.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper

Value, rustic, smooth.
Puglia's red variety, Primitivo is served up at a buy-by-the-case price in this bottle. Grapes come from San Marzano and Salento grown at nearly 100 meters above the sea level, with a high average temperature little rainfall; soils are mainly composed by clay. Aged solely in stainless this rustic and earthy red has brown spice, wild red berry and cherry aromas layered with Italian herbs, espresso, tobacco and leather. There's nice levity on the palate; flavours of dried cherry, balsamic and spice flavours dominate. A smooth food-friendly red for sausage, game, hearty pastas and eggplant parmigiana.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Parmesan & Rosemary

Light, peachy, faint.
A light and quite watery rose with a salmony-blush hue and faint notes of red berry, mineral and dried peaches. Seems quite ripe overall, the palate shows lemon curds and sweet peach jelly.

Savoury, fresh, youthful.
This IGT baby Super Tuscan is primarily Merlot with other red varieties. The different varietals were fermented separately in small steel tanks to maintain their individual characteristics. The alcoholic fermentation was followed by malolactic fermentation, again in steel tanks and then aged for 10 months, partly in Ornellaia's barrique and partly in cement tanks.
Black raspberries, strawberry jam, carob, roses, licorice and cola spices are blanketed over marmite and grilled sausage aromas. It has a lovely fresh entry with power and generosity; still youthful the red fruit, cocoa, cedar and tobacco flavours need a little time to smooth and integrate. Decant if drinking now, or hold for 3-5 years.

One of the best running Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs in our market, The Ned is a tangy and verdant wine with fresh picked green beans, nettle and gooseberry, white peaches and honey aromas. Crunchy and easy drinking it has a lively demeanor and mouthwatering finish.
