Fragrant, plush, concentrated.
Dead of Nightis a blend of Tannat (Madiran's tannic red variety) and Syrah, both from the South Okanagan and if you've had this wine before, there are no surprises perhaps just more deliciousness.
Plush chocolate and licorice, vanilla, white pepper, violets and coffee, baking spices and oodles of sweet blackberry and blueberry aromas. It's supple and concentrated with chalky tannins across the palate; flavours of cocoa, black cherry, dark chocolate and espresso dominate.
A wine to pair with anything from the BBQ.
