Golden and complex this traditional method sparkling suggests yellow apple compote and wild honey, creamed pears, acacia, lemon butter and caramel praline. Dry with excellent structure, a fine mousse and creamy richness, it's a truly fine example of a classic styled sparkler.

Peach, tangy, strawberry.
A salmon-pink rose with sweet red berry aromas layered with peaches, orange blossoms and cedar chips. It is tangy on the palate with sweet strawberry and blood orange flavours. Leans dry, but a kiss of sweetness pops the fruit in the mouth.
