This Colli Della Toscana Centrale (central Tuscany) Cabernet Sauvignon IGT is a fragrant medley of cherries, currents, licorice and fine spice, vanilla, pipe tobacco and roses; its freshness belies its age. The palate is also youthful but woven with fleshy berry flavours, spiced cocoa and tobacco. It has depth and complexity, freshness and structure; a complete wine.

This Colli Della Toscana Centrale (central Tuscany) Merlot IGT is a drink now bottle. Its peak has been reached and it now expresses tertiary aromas of dried fruit, say glaze, balsamic, salted strawberries, tobacco and savoury spices. The palate is silky but the fruit has fallen into dried state, the tannins are smooth and acidity is still apparent, but don't wait on this one.

An equal blend of Merlot and Sangiovese this IGT offers strawberries and red cherries, leather, dried rose petals, tealeaf and savoury spices, on the nose. It is fresh and silky in the mouth with an umami character; flavours of juicy red fruits are layered with leather, tomato leaf, tobacco and fine spice. Nicely woven, stylish and fresh for its maturity.

A modern DOCG Chianti, this version offers aromas of bruised strawberry, saddle leather, tealeaf and licorice, fine spice, and dried rose petals. The palate delivers similar flavours of strawberry and spice. It is medium-bodied and is showing maturity but the freshness notable.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
