Modern, fresh, mature.
A modern DOCG Chianti, this version offers aromas of bruised strawberry, saddle leather, tealeaf and licorice, fine spice, and dried rose petals. The palate delivers similar flavours of strawberry and spice. It is medium-bodied and is showing maturity but the freshness notable.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
