The organic La Jara extra dry Prosecco has a stylish new label, but is still made entirely from organic Glera grapes. It has a pleasing complexity lacking in many Prosecco wines; the nose offers golden fruit, warm pastries, honey, acacia and toasted nuts atop pineapple. An attractive and persistent bead drifts up the glass while complimentary flavours of toasted brioche and yellow apples drift across a foamy palate.
