Classic, traditional, value.
I've been a fan of this well-priced, traditional method sparkling Cava for many years. It has classic style, is dry on the palate and shows impressive complexity.
Straw flowers, yellow fruit and lemon curds, talc and hints of toasted nuts offer a pleasing and slightly yeasty nose. Expect a persistent mousse and an echo of the nose with roasted nuts, toasted apple pastries and lemon curd flavours elevated by a creamy weight.
An extremely reliable all around great bubbly.
Pair:appetizers, roast chicken or turkey, seafood, salty snacks/popcorn/chips, most cheeses.
