Fizzy, earthy, zesty>
One Faith Vineyards is owned by businessman Bill Lui who has his WSET and has taken winemaking courses through UC Davis in California. He is joined by Richard Cleve a veteran Okanagan viticulturalist who planted the (now) One Faith Black Sage vineyard in Oliver in 1992. They make nine wines including this fizzy pink made from Pinot Blanc and Cabernet France.
Fresh tart red berry aromas are layered with citrus and baker's yeast with earthy undertones. It's a tangy, dry and juicy pink with wild berries and citrus peel flavours. It's more of a frizzante style, like a Prosecco, and the finish is textural.
