This delicate and gently fizzy Moscato is made from Perle of Csaba planted in 1934 on the organic and biodynamic Sperling family estate in East Kelowna. "Pet Nat" is a naturally fermented bubbly that starts with wild yeast in vat, then is transferred to bottles to finish fermenting whereby capturing the remaining bubbles. No fining, nor filtering is done.

It's a cloudy wine with notes of chamomile tea, orange blossoms, starfruit, bruised peaches and warm honey. It's dry with flavours of crushed stone, peach pit and tealeaf; the finish has a sourdough character and there's a prickle on the tongue.
