Fleshy, juicy, dry.
Bizou + Yukon are two Great Pyrenees that like to wander and keep guard over the vineyards owned by Okanagan Crush Pad. They sleep in a large custom made abode settled in the vines and they take turns watching over the winery's different plots of land. They snooze by day and patrol at night watching over the lawn mowers (aka sheep).
A blend of Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc that doles out elderflower and warmed kaffir lime leaf aromas along with gooseberry, wet stone and smoked undertones.
It has a fleshy character and attractive juiciness; the Sauvignon might dominate the nose and entry, but the finish is all Gris with its slightly earthy/mushroomy tone.
