Crushable, juicy, levity.
A lovely, bouncy Pinot Noir from the enthusiastic and recently dynamic Rheinhessen, the Thorle is an organic wine grown in limestone and loess soils. Expect a ruby red wine with purple glints and juicy grapey notes along with raspberry, blueberry and sweet spices. The palate is exuberant as well, like an adult juice box it's crush-able and has a lovely roundness on the palate. A slight chill on this wine is mandatory, it'll just make it even tastier. Approachable but not simple, with levity and a decent mouthful of red fruit flavour; the tannins are chalky.
