Drinkable, fresh, savoury.
In reward for hard work, this label was created by Black Hills as a thank you to their cellar hands - it's a wine the cellar hands create on their own.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah and Carmenere this always drinkable weekday red offers red berries and plums, dark cocoa and spice, toasted oak, espresso and leather aromas. It's fresh and juicy on the entry; red berries, plum and cherry are woven with flavours of savoury spices, smoked meat and black pepper. Overall, good balance and freshness here.
