Juicy, spicy, slick.
Gold Hill proprietors, the Gill family, have been growing grapes on the slopes of the Golden Mile Bench for 30 years, they made their won wine first in 2009. Today they farm more than 26 hectares around the Okanagan Valley and the wines are made by Val Tait. The warm site produces ripe wines with high alcohol, even this rose weighs in at 14%.
A light apricot~pink shade with aromas of rhubarb and sour cherry, dried sage, charred honey, wild flowers and candied strawberries. It's an off-dry and juicy pink with tart berry and citrusy flavours. It has a nice roundness on the tongue and spicy undertones.
