Rodney Strong Chalk Hill Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast California
Readers rated this wine:
Fresh, toasted, buttery.
I's been five years since I've tasted the Chalk Hill from Sonoma and it was a lovely revisit. Aromas of coriander and toasted buts, grilled yellow apples and lemon are underscored by buttery notes. Similar notes of spice and buttered nuts appear on the palate with toast and creamy yellow fruit flavours. It's fresh and beautifully balanced. ©copyright 2023 Daenna Van Mulligen
