This organic and vegan Zinfandel was harvested from the estate's Coyote Block (planted in 2007-2008) and aged 20 months in French and American oak.
Classic Zin aromas of purple berries and wild cherry, vanilla, licorice, plush chocolate, white pepper and violets lead to a less effusive but earthy palate. Dark cocoa dusted wild fruit, tobacco and spice flavours dominate the palate, the tannins are chalky.
