Fragrant, clean, zesty.
A small fraction of this Pinot Gris is fermented in oak barrel.
Expect well woven notes of honey, yellow pears, lime and smoky undertones. It is lively with zesty citrus peel and crisp tree fruit. Good concentration and weight, bright acidity and long clean finish.
Pair:Seafood pastas, roasted chicken, creamy sauces or mild coconut curries.
