Zesty, tangy, blushing.
Now with three tiers of rose wines, Mission Hill's reserve tier blush is made from almost equal parts Merlot, Shiraz and Pinot Noir from estate vineyards in Osoyoos and Oliver. It was aged in 97% stainless and 3% French oak.
Pale dusty pink it features sour cherry and dried strawberry aromas laced with wet stone, burnt honey, charred orange peels and vague salted notes. Dry and nervy it has lively zesty flavours and tart red fruits lining the palate; the finish is mouthwatering.
