Value, spicy, fresh.
Excellent value and a long-standing product on BC shelves the Paul Mas delivers classic notes of apricots and yellow melons, candle wax, ginger and lime layered with pine needles and clover honey. It is spicy and concentrated with an opulent lilt and definite oak flavours on the palate.
Pair: spicy vegetarian dishes, Moroccan cuisine or spiced crab cakes.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
