Classic, fresh, tangy.
Classic Bourgogne, the Bouchard slides into home with tangy red currents and red cherry aromas layered with cocoa, fine smoked spices, leather. The palate follows suit - fine boned and exceedingly fresh with tangy red fruit, forest floor, spice and tea leaf flavours. Overall, good bones and a perfect pairing with creamy cheeses, salmon, duck and mushroom ravioli.
