KWV Cathedral Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon, Western Caspe South Africa
Readers rated this wine:
Succulent, toasted, muddled.
Succulent bordering on meaty this South African Cab releases aromas of char-grill, toasted spices, wild black berries, dark chocolate, tobacco and iodine. The palate mimics the nose; red and black currents are muddled with brown spices, espresso and cocoa. Dark and earthy, but with good freshness to keep it from being brooding. ©copyright 2020 Daenna Van Mulligen
