Racy, juicy, tangy.
Honey, lime and elderflower branch, green apples and juicy peach aromas are layered with nettle, lemongrass and snap peas. It is tangy and racy with attractive complexity and a slightly phenolic (textural) finish. A notable step up from the classic and well-loved Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc.

Racy, verdant, tangy.
A expectedly verdant Marlborough style with oodles of nettle, passionfrut, elderflowers, crunchy green apples, white peaches, grass clippings and lime. Juicy and tangy on the mouth it delivers an echo of citrus and green botanicals.
Pair: seafood, goats cheese in any form, asparagus quiche, roasted artichokes.
