Approachable, organic, juicy.
The Alive red is made from organically grown Merlot, Syrah and Cab Franc grapes harvested from vineyards assisted with biodynamic preparations that aid in fertilization and prevention of disease.
It's an approachable wine, which offers spicy red plums, cherries and black currents, tealeaf and orange peel with and earthy core. The palate follows suit; it is spicy and laden with wild berries and rooibos tea flavours. A solid everyday red with good balance.
Pair: New York strip steak, tomato based pastas and grilled vegetables.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper

Organic, floral, fresh.
Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Osoyoos, this organic sparkling was matured in bottle on lees for several years prior to release.
It is floral and fresh with honey and crisp yellow apple aromas, which are layered with faint notes of lemon and nuts. The leesy nutty character is echoed on the palate. It has good concentration but sparse bubbles.

Alive, opulent, honest.
Made from 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 5% Malbec, this organic red blend is so alive and present, it will knock your socks off.
OM stands for Organic Meritage, this one was aged 30-months in American and French oak barrels and is both unfined and unfiltered.
An opulent and honest wine, perfumed with exotic spices and bergamot, black raspberries, vanilla and patchouli. It has outstanding vibrancy and persistence and a charming personality. Cellar-worthy, but the freshness of this wine right now is very appealing.
Very pricey, but bravo.

Umami, coffee, spicy.
Ah, the ever polarizing Foch--if you love the variety, this will be right up your alley.
It is spicy and has a very umami character; bittersweet chocolate, saline, black plums and black cherries, sweet vanilla, espresso and toasted brown spices. It has great acidity and good bones overall; wild berry fruit, toasted spice and cocoa flavours roll into coffee liqueur on the finish.

Pristine, racy, ripe.
Consistently fantastic, this organic Riesling doles out honeyed aromas layered with peach puree, citrus blossoms, green apples and lime. Off-dry but wonderfully balanced acidity buoys the pristine palate; slick and concentrated with excellent length. Pair: holiday turkey or ham, sweet and spicy curries and washed rind cheeses.
