Like the nose, the palate is zesty, lively, and snappy with a slick texture and flavours of bitter orange, grapefruit and orchard fruits.

It's a definitive food wine; flashy and lively it has a sprightly zesty character and tart green and yellow fruit on the finish. Racy with a slightly viscous weight.
