Earthy, tangy, structured.
A rosy cremant with wild berries, peach stone, charred tangerine peel and garrigue with earthy undertones. Tangy and structured, lively with tart red fruits and sturdy backbone, A dry sparkling with a faint cedar/smoky finish.

Fizzy, juicy, dry.
Louis Bouillot was founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Bourgogne. Perle d'Aurore is likely made with a portion of Pinot Noir and in the traditional Cremant de Bourgogne process. I was aged a minimum ageing 12 months on lees in the bottle.
