Spicy, sweet, vigorous.
Made from a selection of estate grown Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, The Heritage Block offers spicy-sweet aromas of cherries, plums, tobacco, leather, licorice, cocoa and and savoury dried herbs. It has an vigorous entry of sweet wild berries, chocolate and leather with peppery spices. Overall god balance and structure - a stylish red with a tangy/tart finish.

Supple, fresh, concentrated.
Unfined and unfiltered, from Stag's Hollow's Okanagan Falls vineyard; it is made from a co-fermented field blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc this modern wine doles out a bold hand of black cherries, plums and cassis, sarsaparilla and plush chocolaty aromas. It is supple with a generous character; slick with a concentrated liqueur-like palate weight. It has lovely freshness and sweet and ripe tannins.

Stylish, intense, smoky.
Unfined and unfiltered, from Stag's Hollow's Okanagan Falls vineyard; this premium estate-grown Merlot is grown on gravel soils with a southwest-facing aspect.
Smoky plummy aromas roll out of the glass first, then dried cherries, pine, balsamic, brown spices and dark chocolate. Intense on the palate, impressive posture and balance. The flavours here mimic the nose with plums, cherries and dark chocolate. A stylish red,

Stylish, persistent, concentrated.
Stag's Hollow's was established 25 years ago, in the sub-GI of Okanagan Falls. There they farm two estate vineyards: Stag's Hollow and the Shuttleworth Creek Vineyard; this premium estate-grown Merlot is grown on the former's gravel soils with a southwest-facing aspect.
Plums and blackberries, vanilla, cola spices, chocolate and fresh earth. Concentrated cherry and kirsch flavours are woven with vanilla, cocoa, wild herbs and oak spice. A balanced and stylish red with a wild side, and notable persistence.

Stylish, silky, classic.
Stag's Hollow's was established 27 years ago, in the sub-GI of Okanagan Falls. The original owners retired and sold last year. It's comprised of estate sites: Amalia, Stag's Hollow and the Shuttleworth Creek Vineyards. The Renaissance series is the premium label and this Pinot Noir delivers sweet cedary notes woven with dried flowers, forest floor, pipe tobacco and cherry aromas. Cherry and vanilla lead the palate; it has a silky entry and mid-palate with more grip on the finish. Classic earthy finish, time will really smooth this wine out.
