Compelling, quaffable, delightful.
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc this compelling blush-pink rose suggest divine notes of watermelon and peaches, honeysuckle and pink grapefruit. It has a kiss of sweetness and delightful flavours to echo the nose. Truly quaffable.

Fresh, peppery, persistent.
The Syrah grapes were harvested from estate Burrowing Owl and Eva's vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. a portion was co-fermented with Viognier grapes. The wine was then transferred into barrels to allow for malolactic fermentation followed by ageing 16 months.
Expect black plums and blackberries, sage and leather, spice rub, white pepper and tobacco aromas. A fresh entry delivers purple fruits woven with toasted spice, coffee. oak and it has a peppery finish. Good length and bones.

Fresh, textural, fragrant.
The Syrah grapes were harvested from estate Burrowing Owl and Eva's vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. Some of the Syrah grapes were co-fermented with a portion of Viognier grapes. The wine was then transferred into barrels to allow for malolactic fermentation followed by ageing 16 months in a combination of barrels.
Wild black berries, dried roses and mulberry, wet cedar and tobacco, dark chocolate and coffee. The entry is supple with good fruit expression and cocoa and espresso woven with vanilla, finely ground pepper and cola spices. Balanced and fresh it has nice textural chew overall.

Ripe, succulent, spicy.
This estate grown Syrah expresses what BC can do with this variety in the warmest of our terroirs; it is harvested from the BOV estate vineyard in Oliver and the Eva Vineyard in Osoyoos
It was aged 15 months in 54% French, 30% American, 13% Hungarian and 3% Russian, with 27% new, 4% one-year, and 69% third fill and older oak.
Expect black raspberry and plum jam, vanilla, licorice, baking spices and fine white pepper along with sweet mocha undertones. A concentrated balance of sweet and savoury on the palate it delivers brown spice, dark chocolate, espresso, tobacco, leather and black fruits. Good length here with oak (albeit not overt) flavours on the finish.
Overall a ripe version with good structure.

Fragrant, earthy, fresh.
Burrowing Owl's Viognier was aged entirely in French oak: 14% new, 36% one-year-old and 50% neutral barrels and saw nine months of ageing.
Peach compote and exotic brown spices, musk melon and wild honey, dried flowers and earthy undertones define the nose. The cooler vintage shows on the restrain on the palate of this 2023 version; expect citrus-driven flavours underscored by peach gelato and melon; the finish is long and spiced.
Pair: Spicy crab cakes, Moroccan dishes, saucy ribs.
