Charming, juicy, fizzy.
Made from Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Merlot (for colour), this wedding-perfect frizzante sparkler is a consistently pretty bubbly. Pale watermelon pink, it delivers aromas of candied apples, juicy peaches, grapefruit, honey and maraschino cherries. It's sweet and juicy and laden with berry and stone fruit flavours. Delicate and charming.

Charming, juicy, fruity.
Made from Riesling with a splash of three red varieties (to add colour), this wedding-perfect sparkler is pale pink with aromas of sweet summer berries, tangerine peel, honeysuckle and ginger with notes of orchard fruits. It is off-dry - a kiss of sweetness - with flavours of orange marmalade, peach melba and summer berries. It boasts an amiable mousse and a mouthwatering finish.

Unique, aromatic, candied.
Made from Rotberger, grown by the Drought Family, whose motto is Semper Sitiens (which means, always thirsty), the 2020 version of this pink is a very pale, almost onionskin, shade. While the hue has softened, the aromas have not. Bitter orange and toasted spices, vanilla, charred rhubarb, burnt honey, strawberry jelly and undertones of wild herbs/sage are expressed on the nose. In the mouth, candied peaches, herbal tea and red berry coulis flavours dominate.
It has a unique sweet and savoury character, which is awkward.

Fun, approachable, fresh.
Made from Rotberger, grown by the Drought Family, whose motto is Semper Sitiens (which means, always thirsty), this ruby pink has a spritzy demeanor that foams up the glass when you pour. Cherry and citrus blossom aromas lead to a dry wine that tickles the tongue and has slightly oxidative/orange wine character. Approachable and quaffable and fun.

Lively, fruity, dulcet
A dulcet blended wine, which doles out fuzzy peach, tangerine, crunchy green apples, lychee, spring blossoms and a dollop of honey. Very expressive fruit, and honey; sweet but lively and refrshing. It has a slick texture and tangy finish.
A pairing well suited with spicier cuisines.
