Concentrated, toasted, brooding.
This Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend (with Cabernet Franc and Merlot) comes from grapes harvested by T7's estate vineyards on the North Bench in Oliver.
A succulent and brooding wine, which offers dark chocolaty and plummy aromas that are layered with toasted brown spices, smoked meat and espresso. The palate echoes the nose, muscular and spicy but balanced, it is tightly-wound and will benefit from time, or assertive decanting. Pair: Grilled steaks, mushroom risotto, hearty stews and rustic soups.

Succulent, fragrant, youthful. This vintage is aged for 18 months in both French and American oak before bottling and release.
Aromas of sweet cassis and red plums with licorice, chocolate, brown spice and hints of wild sage. It has good freshness and red berries. leather, dark espresso and chocolate. It still has a youthful character and fine textural tannins, so I suggest decanting now.

Fragrant, classic, balanced.
The 2020 vintage Cabernet was harvested from T7's North Oliver Bench’s Blue Terrace Vineyard and Front Yard Vineyard in Naramata. In Oliver the rich, rocky soils provide a foundation for superior grape quality while those from Front Yard Vineyard on the Naramata Bench add complexity.
It delivers classic notes of cassis and saddle leather are woven with wood shavings, velvety chocolate and licorice, graphite and vanilla. On the palate tealeaf rolls into red currents, green olive, toasted brown spice and cedar flavours. It has backbone and apparent but polished tannins.
Pair with almost anything you can throw on the grill or with hearty pastas or hard cheeses.

Fresh, savoury, earthy. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos and Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, the 2019 vintage expresses notes of dried cherries and plum, roasted brown spices, salted licorice, robust espresso and cocoa, vanilla and purple flowers. Medium-full bodied it melds red and black fruits with tealeaf, spice, bacon fat and coffee flavours. Notable tannic structure here and balanced acidity keeps it fresh.

Supple, juicy, fresh.
This Chardonnay was predominantly sourced (75%) from Vista Lago Vineyard in Oliver, with small additions from other locations in Oliver. One-half was fermented in neutral French barriques, with the remaining 50% in stainless steel. The wine in barrel then underwent malolactic fermentation to enhance the texture further.
Fresh tree fruit aromas are woven with lemon, star-fruit and wet stone. The palate is supple and fresh with s slippery texture and flavours of hazelnut cream, a sprinkle of spice and grilled lemons. Juicy and bright with deft use of oak; it has a very Chablis-like character.
Pair: lobster, cedar planked salmon, creamy chicken dishes, creamy fettucini, grilled white fish, breaded and fried oysters, roast chicken or squash ravioli.
