The bit of age on this icewine makes it very interesting and quite different from the newer vintage icewines. Creamy baked apples and quince marmalade, apricots, caramel and hints of roasted nuts. Smooth and dense with an almost earthy quality and balanced acidity - the caramels, marmalade and baked apple return and lnger on the palate.
