Dark earthy aromas highlighted with black cherry and blackberry, notes of smoky cocoa, leather and finely ground white pepper. The flavours echo the aromas - juicy black fruits, chocolate and earthy hints with plenty of pepper, the acidity is balanced, it's bright, the texture is finely grained and the tannins smooth.
