This wine is wonderfully bright for already being over two years old. Loads of mineral, white orchard fruits and citrus, fresh herbs and grass clippings. Zesty flavours - jalapeno and peach, crisp citrus and undertones of caramel and fine spice from partial oak fermentation. Very refreshing, quite elegant with soft, not bracing, acidity...
