Red berries and rhubarb pie aromas, with earth, minerals and toast notes. On the palate this 100% Pinot Noir bubble has flavours of dried fruit, toast and oak spice with tart red berries and citrus peel. It's firm and lingering and would pair with Peking duck spring rolls.
