A very impressive showing from a winery that is not only employing organic but biodynamic practices...
Prune plums, chocolate, juicy red cherry and leather with sage-y/vegetal notes and smoky minerality. The entry reveals fresh, bright fruit and a medium-full bodied weight then sweet spices and cedar into spiced coffee on the finish. The acidity is great and the tannins are soft making this a great wine with soft cheeses or even firm fleshed fish.
