Ehrenfelser, by nature, is a very aromatic variety - a German variety created by crossing Silvaner and Riesling. The Summerhill has aromas of rose water, orange blossoms, grapefruit and lime leaf with apricots and honey. The palate is crisp, it has plenty of grapefruit and citrus zest, a hint of spice, lemongrass and minerals. Refreshing and dry, a patio sipper or pair with spicy dishes.
