Creamy, woven, complex.
L'Acadie Vineyards was established by BC winemaker, Bruce Ewert in 2004 who saw potential in the region's ocean influenced cool-climate and ancient sea-bed soil terroir. It has become a respected producer of small lot organic sparkling wines like this traditional method L'Acadie Blanc.
Glinting golden with persistent bubbles, it offers aromas of stone fruits and creamy lemon curds, straw flowers, bee pollen, wet stone and bread dough. Creamy and woven, lively harmonious, it shows soft yellow fruit, grilled lemon and nutty flavours.
Pair:shellfish, roast turkey or chicken, soft cheeses and creamy sauces or soups.
