Chocolate, tart, savoury.
A non-vintage red of unknown varietal origins, the Manuel treads the line between earthy and fruity. Expect notes of chocolate and raspberries, leather, cassis, baking spices and a core of tart and dusty red currents. The entry is front-loaded with sweet fruit, bittersweet chocolate rolls into leather, char, smoked meat and rubber. The finish is tangy.
