Aged on its lees in bottle for 36 months before being disgorged March 2015, this complex salmon-hued rose fizz is made from Pinot Noir with just a splash of Chardonnay.
It has aromas of fresh summer berries, a potpourri of cedar chips and dried violets, peach stone and warm apple turnovers. On the palate is offers attractive biscuity tones alongside vibrant and tangy summer berries. Expect focused racy acidity and nice depth and complexity. Overall wonderfully bright with lovely creaminess. Elegant and persistent with sweet red fruit trailing on the finish.
